A specialized team of professionals selects the raw materials and follows up all the production processes, so our products always meet our customers' needs.
Thanks to our in-house engineering, modern industrial equipment and unique know-how, we can manufacture geotextiles ranging from lightweight to very heavy duty, using PP and PES fibres. As we produce our own PP fibres and have full vertical integration, we can closely tweak and control all quality parameters. Customers enjoy a wide range of widths to suit their project needs. Moreover, our state-of-the-art production line counts as the most efficient in the EU.
We put our expertise at our clients' service to develop products that comply with all standards and regulations whilst meeting the desired customer specifications. Our quality assurance system also guarantees consistent manufacturing quality of our geotextiles.
Broad customization options for product weight tailored to customer needs.
Our line can handle different product widths ranging from small to extra wide
We keep high in-house standards and have ISO-certified manufacturing.
Four large silos store up to 400 tonnes of polypropylene granulates, ensuring a continuous supply for fibre production.
The polypropylene granulates are heated and melted into a liquid paste, ready for extrusion.
The liquid polypropylene is guided to ten spinning heads, where it is pressed through spinnerets to form yarns. These yarns pass through a resin bath, where additives can be applied to give the material extra properties, such as anti-static performance.
The yarns are brought together and processed through three large calendering units, each equipped with seven cylinders. As the cylinder speed gradually increases, the fibres become more compact and better bonded, resulting in high tensile strength.
In the next unit, two cylinders rotate at different speeds while adding lateral movement, creating the typical carded nonwoven structure.
The material is further processed with heat and pressure. This step strengthens the bond between the fibres and makes the final product flatter, denser and easier to handle.
At the end of the line, the finished rolls are packaged automatically. During this process, the product is automatically digitalized and each roll receives a label with its batch number for full traceability.
Our geosynthetic and nonwoven products always fulfill the specifications, expectations and needs of our customers. Every product also undergoes several tests to ensure this. Further, our stringent quality standards and third-party certifications (incl. ISO) guarantee quality and performance.
